| Q: How often do you
update your content? |
| We don't have a set schedule for updates but we
try to add new content to our galleries every week. Our Exclusive
Video zone is on a weekly schedule unless we experience some production
delays. |

| Q: How do I add the
content to my website? |
| Once your account is created we will send you an
e-mail with "cut and paste" HTML links for each service.

| Q: Do I have to pay
for bandwidth? |
| No. We pay all the bandwidth costs associated with
our products. |

| Q: What is to keep
other webmasters from directing their members to my URL's at MY
EXPENSE? |
| Authentication is done based upon a referrer (your
domain name), Which means only valid visitors coming from your
site will be granted access. On top of that, we monitor our activity
logs very closely , If some other customer is trying to use your
linking codes to gain access to our systems, both parties will
be notified about the infraction. Security is very tight on our
network. |

| Q: Why do you ask for
a user name and password on the order form? |
| We like to be able to access your site to check
you have the links to our content working okay. Also, if you ever
have a technical problem, we can usually fix it faster if we already
have access to your site. The user name and password remains in
our protected area and is not accessible to anyone outside of
XFusion. |

| Q: Can I load these
products in Frames? |
Most defiantly. Our photo galleries have been design
in such a way that loading them inside a frame will look natural.
ie. No header graphics are included in our galleries. |

can I link to your content? |
| Our only requirement is that the link to our content
must be in an area only accessible by your members and must be
protected so that it cannot be accessed directly without entering
a user name and password. |

payment are accepted? |
We accept checks, wire transfers, Visa/Mastercard
and Paypal.
All billing questions may be directed to our accounting department. |

| Q: What happens if
my site is infiltrated by a password trader/hacker? |
| Our system constantly monitors all traffic coming
from your site. If our system detects traffic patterns that are
not normal for your site, it will lock down your account until
6:00am. |
